An entrepreneur had a vision of adding some personality to his helmet so he could express his individual style on the trails and on the slopes. He came up with the idea of an interchangeable system that allows the user to personalize their helmet which is completely new to helmet accessories. Previously consumers had to choose one option and stick with it. Here, the consumer can easily swap out decorative accessories to match their unique look or mood. The accessories are held on with rare-earth magnets and quickly pop on and off to customize the helmet and not interfere with the helmet’s protection.

Designing kitten ears, unicorn horns and bananas was a fun challenge and helping Helmet Flair grow from a startup has been very rewarding.
